Ziel Network has appointed Ravpreet Ganesh as Group Chief Strategy Officer, bringing more than 26 years of experience across advertising, marketing and business leadership to the global network of boutique agencies.
Ganesh joins Ziel from Rukam Capital, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. In her new role, she will lead the network’s strategic direction, strengthen collaboration across its specialist agencies, identify new market opportunities and help develop capabilities around evolving client needs.
The appointment comes as Ziel looks to strengthen the connection between its specialist agencies while retaining the speed and entrepreneurial approach of a boutique-led network. The focus is on bringing different areas of expertise together without adding the layers typically associated with larger agency networks.
Ganesh’s career spans more than two decades across agencies and businesses, including roles with Dentsu, Leo Burnett and Publicis, along with her recent experience on the client side at Rukam Capital. This has given her exposure to integrated agency environments as well as founder-led and entrepreneurial businesses.
In a statement, Ganesh described Ziel as being at an exciting stage of its journey, with specialist capabilities already in place and an opportunity to connect them through a clearer strategic vision. She said her focus will be on helping clients access deep expertise without the complexity of a conventional agency network.
Her appointment also adds a broader strategic layer to Ziel’s growth plans. As clients increasingly look for specialised expertise alongside integrated solutions, Ganesh’s mandate will involve connecting the network’s individual strengths while identifying opportunities to expand across markets.
For Ziel, the move signals an effort to build a network that combines specialisation, agility and strategic integration. For Ganesh, it marks another chapter in a career that has spanned agency leadership, marketing, and business-building roles.
